Known for its custom made furniture and specialty antique finishes, this company thrives for attention to detail and great craftsmanship. Made of wrought steel with a opulent Venetian gold-leaf-finish, the bed is glamorous! The cost is pretty significant but wouldn't it be nice to splurge on a piece like this for your bedroom?

Mirror Furniture Designs

 A new trend that is starting to hit the design world, is the introduction of mirrored furniture. The concept is pretty self explanatory. You add mirrors to sections of furniture to give it a unique look. For years, designers have used mirrors in rooms to make spaces seem bigger than what they are and to create new angles in a space. So why not add mirrors to furniture? They produce the same effect, and add a special touch to a space. Check out these spaces and pieces that we are loving!

Little Bit of Inspiration

Hello Readers! It's been a little while since we have posted last, but none the less lets start this week with some inspiration! For those of you that love Hermes scarfs and Tiffany & Co. products, this will be right up your alley. Picking up our brand new Traditional Home for October, we came across this article that gives homage to these two brands as they celebrate their 175th anniversaries this year. The article discusses how both companies started and talks about their bold, trademark colors, Robin's egg blue and exuberant orange. The article goes on saying that designers, companies and manufacturers today turn to these colors for guidance. The colors go perfectly together and came be seen in many areas of the world today. They are bright, fun, lively and can make a statement in any venue. Check out some of the photos from the article and also how we have been inspired in our designs as well!

Although she has been to France, more than once, there are always new and exciting things that she comes across. Because it was a biking trip, the countryside was her main source of inspiration.
